In order to widely promote national values among young people, the republican forum “New Kazakhstan - innovative ideas in the field of education” was held, organized by the National Innovation Research Center “BILIM-ÓRKENIETI”. During the forum, the best young people were awarded at the “Excellence in Youth Policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan” competition. From our university, a master’s degree teacher from the Department of Economics and Law, Zhasan Gulsezim Zhasankyzy, took part in this competition.

In the city of Karaganda, the 16th Republican Subject Olympiad was held among students of higher educational institutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan under the educational program “Kazakh Language and Literature”. Students of the specialty “Kazakh language and literature” of the Zh.A. Tashenev University who took part in the Olympiad were awarded the title “Best Team”. Group leader: Candidate of Technical Sciences, Associate Professor Amangeldi Altybayuly Mamyt.

On April 25 and 26, within the framework of events approved by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan during the organization of the department of “Fine Arts, Technology and Music Education” of the M. Auezov University, our students of the educational program 6B01450-Professional training took part in the XVI Republican disciplinary Olympiad “Integration in vocational education." Our students successfully demonstrated their abilities in the event and took third place, they were awarded a 3rd degree diploma.

On April 26, 2024, Vice-Rector for Social and Educational Work Galymzhan Shamshidinuly Bitursyn and Dean of the Faculty of Information Technologies, Economics and Law Almara Erkinovna Nauryzbekova were in Taraz to carry out career guidance work. The vice-rector of the university gave an interview to the morning program “Rauan” of the regional TV channel “JAMBYL”. Galymzhan Shamshidinuly spoke about Zhumabek Tashenev University, the directions of educational activities and the advantages of our higher educational institution.
XXXIII session of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan
The XXXIII session of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan was held today in Astana under the chairmanship of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev. Vice-rector for social and educational affairs of Zhumabek Tashenev University Galymzhan Shamshidinuly Bitursyn was nominated by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan to participate in the said session.
Job fair “Young Specialist - 2024”
On April 24, 2024, the Career and Employment Center of the Zhumabek Akhmetuly Tashenev University organized the Job Fair “Young Professional – 2024”, where students and employers had the opportunity to meet face to face. It is clear that such events held at the university have a positive effect on the permanent employment of graduates. During the fair, the graduate-young specialist was able to meet directly and face-to-face with the employer, talk about himself and receive complete information about his desired profession.
