Tasks of University in the field of quality

Main goals
˗ collection of information and analysis of activities for the implementation of program documents for the development of the university;
˗ ensuring the implementation of the University Development Strategy;
˗ ensuring compliance of the University Development Strategy with changing external and internal conditions, conceptual and strategic program documents at the regional and national levels;
˗ environmental analysis, which includes collecting information, analyzing the strengths and weaknesses of the university, as well as its potential capabilities based on available external and internal information;
˗ development, monitoring and improvement of key performance indicators for the implementation of the University Development Strategy;
˗ informational, organizational and methodological support for the activities of departments and employees of the university on issues of strategic planning and monitoring the implementation of program documents of the university;
˗ monitoring and audit of the implementation of university-wide projects in priority areas of the University Development Strategy;
˗ monitoring the implementation of the Development Strategy and the achievement of key indicators in areas, analysis of implementation in order to improve the efficiency of the university;
˗ preparation and presentation of analytical data to the university management in the main areas of activity in order to optimize the decision-making process, planning and increase the efficiency of activities;
˗ study of world experience in the field of strategic planning with a view to its further implementation at the university.

  Functions
˗ support for the formation of program documents for the development of the university, analysis of implementation and control of their implementation;
˗ preparation of recommendations and proposals aimed at improving the university’s performance indicators;
˗ development of key performance indicators of the Strategy, development of proposals for their adjustment, taking into account external and internal factors affecting the implementation of the Strategy, forecasts for the socio-economic development of the region, republic;
˗ preparation of periodic summary reports to the university management on the progress of implementation of approved projects;
˗ preparation of information and analytical documentation on the activities of the university;
˗ organization of expert assessment of documents and proposals aimed at implementing and adjusting the PPU Strategy within the framework of priority areas of university development;
˗ monitoring the implementation of the University Development Strategy, identifying deviations, forming proposals for its adjustment in accordance with development trends in the educational and scientific spheres, in the economic and social life of society.
