Information about student dormitories
Tashenev University has 2 student dormitories with a total area of 5,902.6 square meters. m. The total number of rooms for the project is 107, living rooms are 107, the total number of beds is 500.
Dormitory No. 1 is located at lower Otyrar 140, a 4-story brick building. The year of commissioning is 2019. The total usable area of the dormitory is 3342.2 sq.m. The number of rooms according to the project is 79, of which 79 are residential, rooms for service and public use. The design capacity is 350 beds.
  
Area of 1 room – 48 sq.m. In dormitories in accordance with sanitary and epidemiological rules and regulations. The rooms for students have the necessary furniture - beds, tables, chairs, wardrobes. On the ground floor of the dormitories there is a kitchen for cooking, where electric stoves are installed, everything is in working order. The total number of electric stoves is 8 pcs. And also for the convenience of residents, microwave ovens are installed in the kitchens for heating food. Each floor in the dormitories has sink(s), toilets and showers.

Dormitory No. 2 is located at 22a Gagarin Street, a 3-story brick building. The total usable area of the dormitory is 2560.4 sq.m. The number of rooms according to the project is 28, of which 28 are residential. Design capacity 150 beds.
 
Dormitory No. 2 Area of 1 room – 24 sq.m. In dormitories in accordance with sanitary and epidemiological rules and regulations. The rooms for students have the necessary furniture - beds, tables, chairs, wardrobes. On the ground floor in the dormitories there is a kitchen for cooking, where gas stoves are installed, everything is in working order, and there are also wash basins (sinks), toilets and showers.
                              
     
  Dormitory The technical condition of living rooms in all dormitories is satisfactory, i.e. complies with sanitary standards. Each dormitory has a separate warehouse for clean and dirty linen; bed linen is changed every 15 days. Heating in all dormitories is centralized. Each dormitory has isolation wards, which are equipped with first aid kits and the necessary soft and hard equipment. There are TV rooms and study rooms. In order to maintain order, proper sanitary conditions, and improve educational work, all dormitories are assigned to certain faculties, where, accordingly, the dean's office draws up duty schedules for teachers. In the dormitories there is a student self-government body - the Student Council, which coordinates the activities of the floor leaders, organizes cultural events together with the Department of Social, Educational and Extracurricular Work. There is a joint work plan for sanitary education, cultural work and compliance with internal regulations. Check-in is carried out in accordance with the Regulations on student dormitories and the approved rules and procedure for check-in.
Students check into the dormitory after filling out an agreement with the following documents attached:
  • Copy of ID
  • Certificate from the place of study
  • Receipt for payment for accommodation.
  • Housing tenancy agreement (printed and filled out by the student before moving in).

The provision of places in the dormitory to family students, graduate students, and employees is regulated in accordance with the approved Regulations on student dormitories.
