On March 7, 2025, the faculty and students of the Department of Economics and Management organized a week-long campaign called «Donate a Book to the Library» at the Information and Educational Center, the university’s library.  
The main goal of this event was to enrich the library’s collection with new and useful books, encourage students and faculty to read, and promote knowledge and culture.  
During the week, faculty members and students donated books they had read and considered valuable for other readers.  

On March 7, 2025, G.Zhasan, a Master’s degree holder and Senior Lecturer at the Department of «Economics and Management», conducted an open practical session for students of the IEF-22-2k group on the discipline «New Technologies in Economic Information Systems», focusing on the topic «Fundamentals of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Its Application in Economics».  

On 06.03.2025 at 10:30, Maulimseit Dana Bolatbekovna, Master of Technical Sciences of the Department of "Information and Communication Technologies", held an open lesson on the topic "Creating programs with if-else conditional instructions" for the IEF-24-13k2 group in the subject "Programming Technology". The students were highly enthusiastic about the lesson. They actively participated and were able to freely express their thoughts. The teaching methods used during the lesson were recognized as effective.

On March 06, 2025, students of the PIK-24-1k1 group held an open educational lesson dedicated to the March 8 holiday called "Kyz - eldin Korki" at the Department of Design of the Tashenev University under the supervision of the curator J. A. Rakhmankulova.

On March 5, 2025, an open educational event titled “Woman - The Light of the World” was held, organized by the first-year students of the IT and Foreign Languages Faculty, English Language Department, group Fi-24-9k1! During the event, our students showcased their talents and brought joy to the noble-hearted women. Specifically, poetry and monologues from the works of poets and writers, beautiful songs and dances, as well as a stage performance titled “Blind Mother” were presented, captivating the audience.

EXPANSION OF COOPERATION BETWEEN J. A. TASHENEV UNIVERSITY AND FIRAT UNIVERSITY
In February 2025, within the framework of academic cooperation between J. A. Taşenev University and one of the leading universities in Turkey, Firat University, an important working visit took place.

28.02.2025. Master of the Department of "Mathematics and Informatics" of the Faculty of "Pedagogical and Natural Sciences" of "Zha.A. Tashenev University" JSC, senior lecturer Katbayeva Mayra Turganbayevna organized a seminar on the topic "Content and structure of methodological developments for conducting training classes". The seminar was attended by the teaching staff and students of educational programs of the department. The seminar was held at its best with the active participation of the participants.

A festive event dedicated to March 1 – Gratitude Day – was held at the Zh. Tashenov University. This day has a special meaning for the people of Kazakhstan, as it symbolizes harmony, mutual respect and tribute to the memory of our history.
Gratitude Day – a manifestation of kindness and mercy
