Today, staff and students of the Zh. A. Tashenev University planted plane trees on the territory of the university. This event was organized in support of the state initiative "Taza Kazakhstan" and with the aim of forming environmental awareness.

The Head of State K. Tokayev in his address to the people of the country on September 1, 2021 "The unity of the people and systemic reforms are a solid foundation for the prosperity of the country" emphasized that "it is extremely important to prepare children for a profession from an early age, and the younger generation should have the opportunity to consciously choose a future profession." Today, schools have developed regulations on career guidance, workshops are functioning (fulfilling their duties).

On February 22, 2025, a large-scale career guidance event was held at the "Korme" center, organized by BraveStudy, with the participation of leading universities of the country. More than 100 university representatives from all over Kazakhstan gathered at the forum, providing students and school graduates with information about their educational programs and opportunities. Participants had the opportunity to get acquainted with the specialties in demand in the labor market and get the right direction for their future careers.

On February 21, 2025, on the occasion of the 110th anniversary of Tashenev Zhumabek Akhmetovich, a well-known fashion designer, senior lecturer at the Department of Design, Zhanna Baytelieva, held a seminar on the topic: "Art education: innovations and startups." 
The main purpose of the seminar is to introduce modern innovations and startups in the field of design and to help participants learn new methods and tools in the design process. The workshop discusses how innovations, technologies, and creative solutions affect business ideas.

On February 21, 2025, a republican seminar on anti-corruption education for teachers of higher education institutions was held in Karaganda, organized by the Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Combating Corruption.

A working meeting devoted to improving the quality of training, educational and ideological work was held under the chairmanship of the University Rector Kanat Baibolov. The event was attended by vice-rectors, deans of faculties, heads of departments, employees of the youth policy department, medical workers of the university and all curators of academic groups.

Another event was held with our employers to discuss the quality of the educational program of the specialty: foreign language:two foreign languages.

INTELLECTUAL EVENT DEDICATED TO THE 110TH ANNIVERSARY OF ZHUMABEK AHMETOVY TASHENEV
On February 20, the English Department of the Faculty of IT and Foreign Languages held a special event aimed at developing the intellectual culture of young people. This event was organized to commemorate the 110th anniversary of the famous statesman Zhumabek Akhmetovich Tashenev.
The main goal is to explain to young people the importance of intellectual culture, develop their creative thinking and help them find their place in society.
