Students of the Faculty of Art and Design of the University named after Zhumabek Akhmetuly Tashenev took part in the festival "Ethno Shymkent", held in the ethnic village "Shym Qala".

"There is no better way to refresh the mind than reading the classics - as if refreshed by bathing in a pure source." This quote by Schopenhauer became the leitmotif of an open lesson for 1st year students of the EP "Training teachers of the Russian language and literature." The information-visualized format with elements of a group game made it possible to include a wide coverage of all participants. An interactive lesson was conducted by the candidate of philological sciences Botabaeva Zhanna Nuralievna.

Namangan State University hosted an international scientific and practical conference dedicated to the 110th anniversary of the birth of the great poet Usman Nasyr on the topic: "The role and significance of the creative heritage of Usman Nasyr in the development of modern Uzbek literature."

In our university, with the participation of directors and methodologists of 148 schools, a large-scale meeting on professional orientation was held within the framework of the Memorandum of Educational Programs with the Shymkent City Education Department.

The best activists of our educational institution participated in the "Eco-Picnic" action under the environmental project "Clean Yard - Clean City with Conscience" under the organization of "Youth Resource Center" KMM under the Shymkent City and the Department of Youth Affairs.
The youth of Tashenev University organized various interesting games to increase environmental knowledge, prevent environmental pollution, healthy lifestyle and willpower for the event held in Asanbay Askarov Arboretum.
 

The staff of Tashenev University is also a catalyst for good deeds. Reaching out and caring for the vulnerable is one of the university's planned activities.

Recently, a round table was held in our university under the organization of the "History and Geography" department entitled "Some current methodological and methodological issues of teaching the history of the homeland". Professors of the department and students of "history" specialty took part in it. The educational event was conducted by Myrzabay Meyirbekov, associate professor of the department, candidate of historical sciences.

The rector of the university Kanat Baibolov and the head of the education department of the city of Shymkent Zhanat Tazhiyeva signed a memorandum of mutual cooperation.
