Vice-Rector for Social and Educational Work of Zhumabek Tashenev University Galymzhan Shamshidinovich Bitursyn took part in the special television program “We are Guests” of the Han TV channel as a studio guest and gave an extensive interview about the current life of the university: strategic goals and objectives.

The academic mobility program is one of the areas of strategic development of Zhumabek Tashenev University. Currently, the university is successfully implementing external (international) and internal (national) academic mobility programs.

An open lesson in the format of a master's lecture was conducted at the Faculty of Primary Education and Art of the Zhumabek Tashenev University by Associate Professor of this Faculty Bori Isa. At the lecture, which had a rich preparation and special educational content, the famous composer and musicologist Bori Isa, as an individual part, performed with the students the “December” part of his oratorio “Armysyn XXI Century,” written for choir and orchestra. The lecture ended with a performance by the choir and drum ensemble.

This year marks the 25th anniversary of the founding of Zhumabek Tashenev University. Today, on the anniversary of the higher educational institution, a scientific and pedagogical seminar “Teacher is a scientist, a great teacher” was held, dedicated to the 70th anniversary of Tilla Dosybekovna Berdalieva, a veteran of teaching activity, candidate of pedagogical sciences, associate professor. As part of the event, the opening ceremony of the physics laboratory office took place.

A teacher is a kind person who radiates special warmth into the heart of every person. If there are two concepts that are cherished and respected in the heart of a person, then one of them is the Teacher. The personality of the “Teacher” has always been sacred and precious for Kazakh children. The words "teacher-educated" or "teacher-educated" are related to the words "mother-educated." The image of a teacher who teaches you the first letter, leads to knowledge of the secrets of life, deeply understands various phenomena, sheds light on your soul, instills humanity.

A special meeting was held at the Faculty of Pedagogy and Natural Sciences of Tashenev University. At the meeting chaired by the vice-rector for social and educational work of the university, Galymzhan Bitursyn, a number of important issues related to education and educational work were discussed.

1st year students of the educational program 6B015021 - “Training of Physics Teachers” effectively perform laboratory work in mechanics. Under the guidance of teacher, associate professor, PhD, head of the department of “Mathematics and Informatics”, Pazylbek S.A. University students can exchange experiences within the framework of academic mobility on the basis of an agreement concluded with Vilnius University. Scientific teachers of the department are PhD doctors S.A. Pazylbek. (physics, nanomaterials) and A.A. Sarsenby (mathematics) works closely with foreign scientists.

The first southern regional congress of the Republican student movement “Alliance of Students of Kazakhstan” was held in Taraz. A group of students led by the head of the student youth association of Tashenev University Aruza Ayapova and the student dean of the Faculty of Sports and Physical Culture Diana Zhursin took part in the work of the fund.

A special meeting was held at the Faculty of Information Technologies, Law and Economics of our university, in which the vice-rector for social and educational work of the university, Galymzhan Shamshidinovich Bitursyn, took part.
At the meeting, department heads reported on the work to divide first-year students into groups and approve group leaders from among active students. Approved senior mentors informed students about mentoring activities carried out during training, educational process and educational work.

On September 14-15, 2023, during the organization of the department of methodological support of educational programs, a seminar was held for young teachers on the topic “Content and methodology for developing documents for educational and methodological complexes of educational subjects.” The purpose of the seminar: to acquaint young teachers with the requirements for the structure and content of the educational and methodological complex of the subject, the procedure for development and approval.
