A new period has begun in the history of education and science in Kazakhstan. Today, the admission of applicants to higher educational institutions of the country has begun. Preparatory work for the new academic year has intensified in the universities of Shymkent. One of them, the selection committee of Tashenev University, began its work at nine in the morning. The university trains specialists in 34 undergraduate educational programs and 6 master's educational programs. Today, the double degree program is also being implemented with higher educational institutions abroad, such as Israel, Greece, Belgium, and the United Kingdom.
   In general, any citizen who wants to enter a higher educational institution this year must submit 5 different documents to the selection committees. In particular, the original document on general secondary, technical and vocational or higher education, 6 copies of 3x4 photographs, 3 copies of an identity card, an UNT certificate and a medical certificate in form 075 / U. Acceptance of documents for the main grant will be held from July 13 to 20, and the results will be announced before August 10. This year, the total number of educational grants has reached 88,000. Of these, 73,000 grants were awarded for bachelor's degrees, 13,000 for master's degrees, and 18,920 grants were awarded for doctoral studies.
