May 27 is the birthday of the famous Turkologist, prominent public figure and statesman, Doctor of Philology, Professor Myrzatay Zholdasbekov.

In this regard, the staff of the National Academic Library of the Republic of Kazakhstan held an online meeting with the statesman and public figure, winner of the State Prize of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Doctor of Philology, Professor Myrzatay Zholdasbekov.

Myrzatay Zholdasbekov saw all the joy and happiness of the people in his conscious life. A person who conveys to the general public what he sees, knows and feels.

The meeting was chaired by Shakir Ibrai, a turkologist, teacher, doctor of philological sciences, professor, my teacher. At the meeting, the Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Turkey Abzal Saparbekovich congratulated Myrzatay on his birthday and expressed his gratitude to the teacher. The meeting was also attended by students of universities of the Southern region and faculty and students of the University "Syrdarya".

Abenova Lyazzat Usmanovna spoke about the life and career of the scientist, Professor Myrzatay Zholdasbekov, the stages of formation and development as a scientist, a figure, and the essence and significance of his scientific work.
