There are 41 professors and teaching staff at the Faculty of Information Technologies and Economics of our university. Among them are 2 Doctors of Science, Candidates of Science, 19 Associate Professors and 1 Doctor of Science, 18 Candidates of Science and Associate Professors.
In total, about 800 students are receiving education using the new education system - credit technology.
Here at the university all conditions have been created for students to become qualified specialists who meet modern requirements.

Currently, due to the outbreak of measles, explanatory work is being conducted with the students of our university.
Measles is one of the viral infectious diseases that spreads very quickly through the air. A person who has not had measles before or who has not been vaccinated against measles has a very high chance of becoming infected if he comes into contact with someone who has measles.

Experienced teachers of the Faculty of Philology of the Zhumabek Akhmetuliy Tashenev University have been conducting scheduled open classes since the beginning of the year.

On 10/31/2023, master, teacher of our department Berdibek Aikerim Maratbekovina held an open lesson for groups FI-23-9k1, FI-23-9k in the subject “Culturology and Psychology”.

Students of our university took part in the program "Oyzerek", which became the favorite program of the people on the TV channel "Ontustyk". Our students received a ticket to compete with the university youth of other universities in the future. Good luck to our students!!!

On 27 october, 2023, Master's degree, teacher of the Department of "Art and Music" Kobeeva Nurgul Mukhtarovna held an open practical lesson for the PiK-23-14k group of the 1st year according to the educational program 6B02101 - Design on the topic "Anatomical structure of the human skull" in accordance with the working curriculum of the discipline "Drawing".The teaching staff of the department took part in the lesson. The lesson is organized at a high level, you can observe the awakening of creative inspiration among students.

Today was the fourth day of the educational and practical week on the topic “Modern education system for future specialists: methodology, experience.” This event was planned to be held from October 23 to 27 at the Faculty of Primary Education and Art. On 10/26/2023, Al-Farabi school teacher Sakhova Akbope Sayataevna conducted a master class on the topic “Handicraft in ethnic style” for 2nd and 3rd year students of the educational program for training teachers of fine arts and drawing.

On the eve of the country's national holiday - the Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a literary meeting was held at Zhumabek Akhmetuly Tashenev University with children's writer, publicist, laureate of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Award, Honored Worker of the Republic of Kazakhstan Beisenbay Suleimenov. During the meeting, university students received spiritual food and enjoyed the subtleties of the famous writer’s work. As a result of the meeting, as the writer Beisenbay Suleimenov himself put it, his love for the country and his native land doubled.
