Students of the specialty "Russian Language and Literature" celebrated Shrovetide at the Faculty of Philology and Humanities Education

On February 28, students of the specialty "Russian Language and Literature" celebrated Shrovetide at the Faculty of Philology and Humanitarian Education. Shrovetide is an old Russian holiday - seeing off winter and meeting spring.

In the festively decorated hall there were rich tables, in the center of which flaunted dishes with pancakes, round as the sun - a symbol of Shrovetide. Everything was prepared by the students themselves. The guests appreciated the most delicious pancakes of ісілбековой Айданы, charlotte Mamyr Zhanerke.

On the table of the Ot-18 group stood a painted samovar, wooden dishes decorated with Khokhloma patterns. Girls in holiday dresses with bright scarves draped over their shoulders sang, danced, recited poems, ditties. All students and guests sang along with the Ot-18 group, which performed the song "Katyusha". Loudly applauded іsilbekova Aidana (group OT-19), who performed the ditties. A student of the Ot-19 Tursunbekova Aigul group won the first place in the mystery guessing contest.

Guests arrived at the celebration - teachers, employees who were treated to pancakes, pies, cakes, salads.

Everything was delicious! Everyone had a lot of fun!
