Syrdariya University Students ’Union organized a student debate. 4 teams took part in the debate. Students debated on the topic "This house, technological progress has made our lives worse."
The debate was held in 3 stages. In the first stage, the teams presented their personal views. In the second stage, participants asked questions and debated. In the third round, both sides responded to the criticism and strengthened their arguments.
During the game, 2 teams were selected. According to the resolution, the first team cited the shortcomings of technological progress and stated that technological progress has brought great positive changes to human civilization. The other side strongly criticized and argued, citing a number of disadvantages. At the end of the debate, as a result of voting by participants and spectators, the first team won.
