Anti-corruption is the duty of every citizen

On November 19, 2020, Syrdarya University hosted a forum dedicated to the International Anti-Corruption Day on the topic "Anti-corruption is the duty of every citizen."

The purpose of the forum: Corruption is one of the main threats to our society, which is a major obstacle to economic growth. Therefore, it is necessary to prevent it, strengthen anti-corruption measures and create a mechanism for its prevention.

The library has a new book "Tennis game"

The library of the university was replenished with new literature on the educational program "Training of teachers of physical culture".

This book "Tennis Game" is dedicated to the 10th anniversary of the Tennis Federation of Kazakhstan and was prepared for the first time in the Kazakh language.

The textbook is intended for beginners and children in tennis, as well as students, coaches, professionals and readers in the field of physical education and sports.

This book is the first textbook published in Kazakhstan in the state language.

Online seminar "Psychological views on the legacy of Al-Farabi and Abai Kunanbayev"

On November 18, 2020, the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology of the Syrdariya University organized a republican online seminar for students and young scientists on the topic "Psychological views on the legacy of Al-Farabi and Abai Kunanbayev".

The purpose of the seminar: to study the psychological ideas and spiritual heritage of Al-Farabi and Abai Kunanbayev in relation to education and science, national values ​​in accordance with modern requirements and improve the psychological culture of future generations, expand the use of the state language.

For the purpose of collecting, temporary storage and use of documents of the University "Syrdarya", as well as documents that are not included in its composition, the university set up a departmental archive, which is a structural subdivision of the university.

The management and control of the activities of the department carries the university rector.

The departmental archives of the University received the documents completed clerical, administrative documents of permanent and temporary storage (over 10 years) shelf life, personnel documents.

November 17 - International Students Day

Syrdariya University heartily congratulates all students on International Students' Day!

International Students Day is celebrated annually on November 17th.

This date was approved in 1946 in Prague by the decision of the World Congress of Students.

The date is set in memory of Czech patriotic students.

Today, Students' Day is celebrated in many countries around the world, and although the programs for celebrating this day vary, it is very popular among students.

Medical service

Medical care for employees and students of the university is provided by two medical offices.

Activities performed at the medical center:

- In case of injuries to students and workers, first medical aid will be provided;

- If necessary, patients are referred to the city clinic;

- Preventive control aimed at maintaining and strengthening the health of students is carried out from fluorography, medical vaccination, etc.

The Syrdariya University organized an advanced training course "Digital Literacy"

On November 16, 2020, on the initiative of the university teachers, the first stream of the Digital Literacy course was launched. The course is aimed at the faculty of the university and consists of 20 hours of study. 

Teachers from two departments are invited to the first stream of training:

"Pedagogy and Psychology" and "Educational Technologies".
