A round table was held for creative youth

On October 24, a round table was organized in the virtual library of the "Syrdariуa" University on the theme “Creative Approach of Future Teachers to the Content of Modern Education”, organized by the senior teacher of the department “Educational Technologies”, master of pedagogical sciences Nurzhan Fayziev.

The pace of development of the XXI century is growing day by day. Obviously, it is not easy to keep up with the rapidly changing world and live in harmony with people in this society. And this includes development and prosperity, renewal and modernization, education. It is known that in the era of globalization in our rapidly developing country, there are some changes in the education system. Part of this is updated educational content. Today we hear and see every day that the opinions of many teachers are divided on this issue. While some teachers support the program, others oppose it.

4th year students of the educational program “Pedagogy and Methods of Primary Education” of our university also expressed their opinion on this issue.

In particular, student Asetbek Aisulu made a presentation “Features of the updated educational content” and answered the questions of many students. The report asked a lot of questions from students, discussed the specifics of the new program. The lack of students' grades, the complexity of the tasks in textbooks, the lack of theory, the absence of definitions and rules, etc.

In her report, Ashmabaeva Akmaral focused on the specific advantages of criteria-based assessment, updated educational content and expressed her creative views.

The round table considered the opinion that the only feature of modernized education is the one-sided concept of “how to teach?”, “Now how to read?”, “Not to teach reading”, “not to teach teaching”, “how to teach effectively”. That is why the basis of this program is the concept of "connection with life", the formation of functional literacy of students. We give knowledge in a ready state. This is learned knowledge. A child who grows using learned knowledge through memorization, uses ready-made things, does not try to invent. This is one of the main ideas of the modern updated educational content - education.

At the round table, in conclusion, when communicating with students, it became clear that they support updated educational content and understand that it has been updated.
