A memorial plaque in memory of Dr. Begim Serikov, a memorial plaque, has been installed in the main academic building of "Syrdariуa" University. In this regard, on September 2, a meeting was held with university staff and relatives of the professor.

University rector Serik Sansyzbaevich spoke about the life of Begim Serikov, his contribution to the country, his education of youth.

This board is dedicated to the memory of our mentor Begim. I want every citizen of our country to be the same citizen as our mentor. Not only me, but the whole country can proudly say: “We have such a brother in our country. Unfortunately, death took him, but he remains in our memory! - he said.

Also, the scientific secretary Lyazzat Abenova, Ph.D. in economics, associate professor Halykberdy Berdibekov, who worked closely with Begim Serikovich, spoke on behalf of the university staff, he spoke about the great work he had done for the country and society.
