Open mentoring hour

Today, on October 29, 2021, M. Ikhlasova, Master, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Law and Economics, held an open hour of mentoring "Fighting corruption is the duty of every citizen."
Purpose of the mentoring hour:
1. Formation of anti-corruption consciousness among students.
2. Promotion of anti-corruption policy in the Republic of Kazakhstan among young people.
3. Teaching students the principles of professional duty, professional integrity and professional justice.
During the lesson Ikhlasova M.Zh. gave detailed information about the concept of corruption, the concept and responsibility for corruption offenses.
Korganbaev Nurbol, a student of the Pravo-10 group, made a report “Let's fight corruption together” and noted that students of the “Syrdaria” university oppose corruption. This opinion was supported by all members of the group.
The lecturers of the Department of Law and Economics, senior lecturers A. Torebaeva, and M. Adambekova, participated and expressed their views on corruption.
Anti-corruption is one of the main priorities of the country's strategic development.
Much depends on the active participation of the entire society in the fight against corruption. With the development of the social network and other media resources, the hatred of the general public towards it in the fight against corruption should become a powerful tool in the fight.
In the fight against corruption, all people are equal before the law and the courts. Restoration of violated rights and legitimate interests of individuals and legal entities, elimination of the harmful consequences of corruption and offenses, their prevention and combating corruption are within the competence of all state bodies and officials, i.e. fighting corruption is a shared challenge.
Mentor Hour Results: The Mentor Hour was conducted in accordance with the topic, and the topic was fully disclosed. The lesson was held at a high level, all students took an active part.
