Training "Emotional intelligence in education"

The lecturer of the department of "Russian and Uzbek languages" Kozhakhmetova Gulzhan Bektaevna held a meeting on November 28, 2024 for the university staff. Tasheneva J. A. training on the topic "emotional intelligence in education". Emotional intelligence (EI) is the ability to know, understand and manage your emotions, as well as effectively intervene in the emotions of people around you. During the training, students learned how to recognize and manage their emotions, as well as about the possibilities of motivating and immersing students through emotions and interaction.   The speaker conducted practical techniques to improve interaction in the team. The training was very field-based and informative and achieved the goal!
