The main goal of the department is planning, organizing, coordinating the educational process, developing educational programs, assessing and providing educational and methodological support.

Main functions of the department
1. Coordinates the activities of faculties and structural divisions in the development and implementation of the university’s academic policy.
2. Forms the quality and constant centralization of the university’s educational programs. Ensures stakeholder participation in the development and evaluation of educational programs.
3. Participates in the formation and development of human resources.
4. Develops basic methods of teaching subjects and educational and methodological support.
5. Coordinates the activities of faculties in organizing professional practice and employment of graduates.
6. Ensures the organization of the work of collegial bodies, commissions and teams of authors of faculties on issues of academic activity. Represents the position of the university in collegial bodies at the republican level, as well as in interaction with higher educational institutions and other organizations.
7. Determines the basic requirements for the organization of the educational process and logistics.
8. Provides planning, organization, coordination and control of the educational process.
9. Organizes the introduction of academic and digital innovations into the educational process in order to increase the efficiency of the educational process.
10. Organizes advisory assistance on educational and methodological issues.
