Dear staff and students of Syrdarіya University!

I sincerely congratulate you on December 16 - the 30th anniversary of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan!

Independence ... If you look at the history of the earth, you will see that it was not easy to raise the pedestal of independence. What a happiness to be an independent country! Were the souls of our ancestors, who have longed for so many generations and died defending their land, proud to see their happy children like us ?!
This year we are celebrating the thirtieth anniversary of our independence as a nation and cultivating our glory and our park. The Kazakh people have gone through many centuries of difficult and slippery roads, and today they are part of the Commonwealth of Independent States. During this time, the national consciousness of the Kazakh people has matured, a lot has been done to respect the deep-rooted history and national traditions, to reveal their great personalities to the world, to revive their inexhaustible spiritual treasures and connect them with world civilization. Today's generation is tomorrow's future. Therefore, it is Independence that allows to bring up a patriotic generation that speaks the native language fluently, skillfully, eloquently, knows the history and literature - the leaders of the Eternal Kazakh Nation.
The only way to develop human capital is to instill good qualities in citizens through quality education in a fast and changing space. The XXI century has created an ever-changing environment based on the mind, education, science, innovation and creativity.
I believe that from the moment of dawn of independence for the independent generation - "Syrdarіya" University will be a leading example of education. The contribution of qualified teachers and students who are eager to learn is significant in this direction. At the global level, I believe that our young people will be able to stand shoulder to shoulder with the descendants of other nations on the horizon of knowledge. In order to maintain our independence in the age of innovative technologies, we must work tirelessly on the path of development, increasing the potential of education and science.
     May our country be strong and our peace be eternal. May the future of our country, which has breathed centuries of history in just 30 years, which is short for our history, grow stronger!
