Congratulations on the 25th anniversary of the Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Dear Maktaaral citizen, all employees, teachers and students of "Syrdariya" University!

I address you in the run-up to the 25-year anniversary of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan. To have own sovereign state is an intimate dream of each people. Twenty five years ago, on December 16 on the world map the new state – the Republic of Kazakhstan appeared. Quarter of the century for history – only one moment. The Kazakh people passed big centuries-old way to find independence. On this way there were huge victories and considerable sufferings.

On December 16 in a festive atmosphere we celebrate the Independence Day, the major date in the contemporary history of the Kazakh people.
Kazakhstan took the worthy place on the world scene. The young independent state for historically short period not just took place – Kazakhstan surely goes on the way of construction of society where each person has all opportunities for self-realization. Special value in this regard has a contribution to the common cause of young people because the future of the country is in youth hands. Gaining knowledge, mastering a profession, each student has to be the worthy citizen of the Homeland, equal her hopes, and even higher to hoist the sacred colors of Kazakhstan.

We became witnesses of how the dream of our ancestors was fulfilled. I wish all of you good luck, wellbeing and prosperity. I wish you to use fully all opportunities to work for the country benefit. I wish good health and great success in work and study!
