On November 29, Presidential Prize laureate, famous journalist, publicist, writer, honored public figure of the Republic of Kazakhstan Beisenbai Zholdasbekuli Suleimenov gave a master lecture to students of the Faculty of Philology on the topic “Modern children’s literature.” The lecture was attended by Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs of the University Bitursyn G.Sh., Dean of the Faculty, Ph.D. Mamyt A.A., Head of the Department of Foreign Languages, Ph.D. Zh.N.Botabaeva and faculty teachers.
At the end of the lecture, students asked the famous writer, children's writer B.Zh. Suleimenov questions that concerned them, issues of literature and its teaching were actively discussed. It is clear that “Professional Development Day” is a very necessary event for the comprehensive formation of teachers.
We hope that this good tradition will continue.
