Personnel policy

Personnel policy of "Syrdarіya" University is developed by the leadership of the university. Defines the basics of working with staff and their requirements.
Personnel policy defines the goals, objectives, principles and methods of their implementation in the field of personnel. Personnel policy of the University is based on the principles of strict compliance with the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including labor legislation, the existing regulatory framework of the University.
The staffing system includes a set of measures for the training of highly qualified personnel for the university, professional development of the teaching staff of the university, as well as structural units that provide personnel policy and monitor its implementation.
Personnel policy of the University is implemented by structural units on the basis of long-term plans for professional development of each manager and research and teaching staff of the University.
