At the end of 2019, «Syrdariya» University was awarded a letter of thanks from the Association of Universities of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Republican Interuniversity Electronic Library for their outstanding contribution to the development of the republican interuniversity fund of electronic libraries.

According to the results of the rating of the republican inter-university electronic library “Most Popular Resources” and for their contribution to the development of the country's higher education system and contribution to the development of modern educational literature for universities, the following are awarded: deputy of the Turkestan regional maslikhat, honorary citizen of the Makhtaral region, South Kazakhstan and Turkestan regions, doctor pedagogical sciences, professor, corresponding member of NAS RK Ayashev Onalbay Ayashevich and candidate of agricultural sciences, senior lecturer at «Syrdariуa» University Doshmanov Iskander Kiyatovich.
