The Constitution is the main document recognizing Kazakhstan as a legal state. All laws in our country originate from the Constitution.
The date of adoption of our Constitution marks the beginning of a new era in the history of our country's independence. At the national referendum on August 30, 1995, the people of Kazakhstan made a clear choice for their future and laid a solid foundation for the sustainable development and prosperity of Kazakhstan.
The Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan is the main document that has been critically criticized and ensures economic and political reforms in our country. Therefore, this day is very important for the people of Kazakhstan.
