Student self-government

IMPROVING STUDENT LIFE AT THE UNIVERSITY, FREE TIME, RELATIONS WITH OTHER UNIVERSITIES, PROTECTING STUDENTS' RIGHTS, ETC. STUDENT SELF-GOVERNMENT SERVES THE SOLUTION OF MAIN RELATED PROBLEMS. THE GOAL OF STUDENT SELF-GOVERNMENT IS THE DEVELOPMENT OF STUDENT SELF-GOVERNMENT BODIES OF HIGHER EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS, ESTABLISHING ORDER IN EFFECTIVE INTERACTION, IDENTIFYING, IDENTIFYING AND STUDYING IMPORTANT AND SUBSTANTIVE PROBLEMS OF EDUCATIONAL WORK OF STUDENTS AND STUDENT SELF-GOVERNMENT. . STUDENT SELF-GOVERNMENT IS A COMPONENT PART OF THE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM OF A HIGHER EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION AND PLAYS AN IMPORTANT ROLE IN THE ORGANIZATION OF STUDENT LIFE.

Main services:
§ Develop a plan for cultural, social and festive events of the University and create conditions for their implementation;
§ Organization of activities in close contact with faculties and structural divisions of the university;
§ Study the interests and requests of students in their free time;
§ Organizing meetings with famous scientists, cultural figures, holding round tables, thematic and creative evenings at faculties and dormitories;
§ coordination of the activities of student government bodies, the student senate, faculty councils, student councils and public associations;
§ Updating and supplementing the database of students belonging to a socially vulnerable group of the Republic of Kazakhstan (students with many children, orphans, etc.);
§ Carrying out measures to prevent unrest among students.

Student Senate - The executive body of student government is guided by the principles of democracy, publicity, equality, freedom, and legality. Student counseling teaches freshmen the importance of getting a good education, helps them adapt to new social conditions, and helps organize the educational process so that the lives of young people are filled with creative activity and deep impressions.

Main goals of the Student Senate
• protection of the rights and interests of students;
• assistance to students in resolving issues related to academic affairs, public services and issues of interest to students;
• training students to resolve issues related to the training of highly qualified specialists;
• creating the necessary conditions to increase the social responsibility of young people. Participation in solving current problems of society in Kazakhstan;
• preservation and development of democratic traditions of student life;
• participation in governing bodies in solving educational and scientific problems, organizing the educational process, as well as assistance in organizing the life and leisure of students..
The Student Council is a public association of students, a student government body, a structural unit that organizes and carries out various cultural, sports and other events, monitoring the order and cleanliness of students in the university dormitories.

Main goals:
• Comprehensive development of self-government of youth and students at the university;
• Increasing the civic role and responsibility of students living in the dormitory;
• Harmonious development of the patriotic spirit among students;
• Creating conditions for the development of personal abilities and intellectual capabilities of students for the benefit of the whole society.
