University staff and students contributed to the greening of Shymkent

Today, staff and students of the Zh. A. Tashenev University planted plane trees on the territory of the university. This event was organized in support of the state initiative "Taza Kazakhstan" and with the aim of forming environmental awareness.
Planting trees is not a one-time event, but a long-term work to change public thinking. By cultivating love and care for nature, we are forming a new generation of responsible citizens. Supporting the course of the head of state on environmental modernization and the introduction of sustainable development principles, the university continues to implement "green initiatives" and educate environmentally conscious students.
This project also corresponds to the task of the Akim of Shymkent Gabit Abdimazhitovich Syzdykbekov to revive the city's status as the greenest in Kazakhstan. Thanks to such initiatives, the metropolis is enriched with green areas, which contributes to improving the ecology, comfort of residents and the general well-being of the region. Rector of the University, candidate of technical sciences, professor Kanat Seitzhanovich Baibolov emphasized the importance of this event:
"We are not just planting trees, we are investing in the future. Every student participating in this event will be able to see the results of their work in years to come and feel their involvement in a great cause - the creation of a clean and green Kazakhstan."
The University intends to continue supporting environmental initiatives, involving young people in projects aimed at protecting the environment. After all, preserving nature is not only caring about today, but also a guarantee of a sustainable future for our country.
