The Department of “Economics” on April 18, 2024 at 10-00 o’clock organized a meeting between employers by the head of the inspection of the agro-industrial complex of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the city of Shymkent - Makulbaev Abdibakyt Tilabayuly, head of the Turkestan regional branch of the Republican State Institution “State Commission for Variety Testing of Agricultural Crops” of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Zhumzhaev Galym Kuralbekovich, heads of departments and teachers of departments. 
The purpose of the meeting is the joint development of educational programs with employers, analysis and forecasting of the labor market for the strategy of training specialists, joint work with employers to improve educational programs, the possibility of dual training of students in production, access to the database of employers' vacancies by specialty.
At our university, dual training is carried out, at the enterprise, where separate classrooms are allocated for training students to gain practical knowledge and skills, and employers also introduce their practical experience into the educational process.
In conclusion, recommendations by enterprise employers for the introduction of new disciplines for the 2024-2025 academic year in educational programs were discussed and signed, as well as dual training of students and students undergoing industrial, pre-diploma internships were agreed upon.
