One of the main tasks of society today is to form a well-developed personality. There is a high demand for young people who have mastered modern professions. Competition in the market is growing day by day. Today's demand in the field of vocational education is the preparation of thousands of specialties and professions in accordance with the natural features of man - an urgent requirement.
Today, we, educational organizations, have a task to train competitive professionals who are needed in the labor market. In this regard, internships are important in vocational education.
Internship contributes to the deepening, expansion and refinement of theoretical knowledge of the student and the understanding of the importance of practical tasks in the process of joint activities under the guidance of the head of the basic body, gaining experience in the application.
Work experience - the formation of skills for professional work in enterprises in various fields of activity and the collection of information for the thesis.
New modern training systems require special attention to industrial training and practice. In particular, in the system of modular training, dual education, students are focused on 40% in theory, 60% in production.
At the beginning of the academic year, the university has a bilateral agreement with law enforcement agencies (the agreement specifies the obligations of both parties), on the basis of which students undergo internships in law enforcement agencies.
The internship of 3rd year students of the "Jurisprudence" educational program in courts of all levels of the Republic of Kazakhstan, law enforcement agencies, prosecutors of all generations, the Department of Justice, private bailiffs, the National Security Committee, notaries, civil registry offices, advocacy, etc. should also be held in all organizations with other legal services. The practice contributes to the formation of the future lawyer as a person.
It is obvious that an intern who has seen and learned by hand during the internship will have problems in moving to a new stage of his future profession and getting a job after graduation.
Internships are an important part of the educational process for students. During the internship, students practice by applying the theoretical knowledge acquired at the university in institutions.
Distribution of students in the internship is carried out on the basis of conditions aimed at training, applications from centralized government agencies and government agencies, contracts of individual customers, sending students to internships of their choice, taking into account the needs of future employment.
During the internship, students are required to pay special attention not only to the general objectives, but also to the actions related to the specifics of the institution.
