February 14, 2024 at 14:30, senior lecturer of the Department of Economics and Law, Usenov I.M. in room No. 413 gave an open lecture on the topic “Family Law” and “Dissolution of Marriage.” The lectures were attended by teachers of the department, specialist of the department of methodological support of educational programs M.T. Satybaldieva, E.A. Bakirov, head of the Department of Economics and Law.
The lecture was conducted using pre-prepared multimedia visual aids. By opening each question in the lecture, the lecturer was able to increase the interest of students through the use of interactive teaching methods based on the visual principle. During the opening of the topic, students answered questions on the video; defined these concepts: divorce, termination of marriage, invalidity of marriage; analyzed the reasons for the spouses’ divorce, named at least three reasons and determined the consequences; built and solved a situation of his choice within the given topic. Feedback between the teacher and students was reflected in questions and answers and discussions during the lecture.
