A seminar-training on "Prevention of drug addiction and suicide among students" was organized for students of the Faculty of "Primary Education and Art".
    Dean of the "Primary Education and Art" Faculty U.Zh. Konakbaeva and nurse M.K. Doskaraeva participated in the seminar-training. The seminar-training was conducted by G. Sh. Bitursyn, vice-rector for educational work and social issues of the university, nurse Sh. B. Urakova, teacher-psychologist S. A. Anapyaeva.
   The vice-rector for educational work and social affairs, Mr. G.Sh. Bitursyn talked about the residential addresses and social conditions of the students, inquired about whether students can stay in the university dormitory at any time, the situation of the students who rent an apartment and who they live with, and learned about the students' situation. . Nurse Sh.B. Urakova conducted explanatory work on suicide and drug addiction among young people, because suicidal behavior and drug addiction are increasing among students. Especially students are very prone to such actions, because they have to adapt to a new environment and it is very difficult for them. Stress and crisis, depression and suicidal thoughts of today's youth are very unstable. That is why it is better to understand and prevent their actions and thoughts from adults. In addition, pedagogue-psychologist S.A. Anapyaeva explained the mental state of modern youth, provided psychological help and support to the students of the Empathy resource support center in our university, created a psychologically healthy educational environment and harmonious development of the individual, and made the time of the students at the university the most interesting. and focused on helping to make it unforgettable.
