Оpen lesson "Motivation and encouragement in management work"

On November 13, 2024, at the Department of Methodology of Pedagogy and Primary Education of the Faculty of Pedagogy and Natural Sciences, under the guidance of Associate Professor Nazira Isakulova Koishybaeva, an open lesson on the topic of "Motivation and encouragement in management work" was held with 3rd year students of groups OK-22-5k1, 2, 3, 4.5. The purpose of the lesson is to describe the basics of organizational and motivational functions of management. Students sought to coordinate the efforts of elements and components to implement the plan they developed during the lesson. The lessons were very interesting, they shared their impressions with students and expressed their opinions.
