Today is one of the most significant days for our country, a national holiday – Constitution Day. The Constitution of the Independent Republic of Kazakhstan is the foundation that reflects the current structure of our state and defines the national goal.
With all my heart I congratulate you on today's national holiday!
The Constitution, adopted by the people of Kazakhstan in a referendum in 1995, became a guarantee of the competitiveness of the national legal system. Compliance with constitutional principles expanded the scope of laws and opened the way to the progressive development of the rule of law and civil society.
Today Kazakhstan firmly adheres to its direction on the path of creating a democratic, secular, rule of law state, a civilized society.
