An event dedicated to the 175th anniversary of the great poet Abay Kunanbaevich "I am a mysterious man."

On February 5, at the Department of Software, an event was organized dedicated to the 175th anniversary of the great poet Abay Kunanbaevich "I am a mysterious person" at the Syrdarya University.

The main purpose of the event is to attract young people to the literary heritage of the Kazakh poet, to form a sense of patriotism among young people, to identify talented young people and support them in realizing their creative potential.

The university carried out outreach on preventive measures for youth associated with coronavirus infection registered in China.

Kopzhasar Baghdat, a student of the philological faculty of the university, was awarded the 2nd place, and Ospan Ulzhan was awarded a letter of thanks.

Today, a round-table discussion was held at the university to study the article by President Kassym-Zhomart Tokayev “Abai and Kazakhstan in the 21st century”, dedicated to the 175th anniversary of Abay Kunanbaev.
