For students organized an Оpen day at the library

Today, in the main educational building of the "Syrdariya" University, Open Day was held.

The goal of Open Day is to provide the necessary information to every reader who comes to the university's library, to give them the opportunity to read the books they need, and look for information in the library's electronic catalog.

Students from all university departments and library staff took part in the event.

The public is currently worried about the low reading level of books. Students often come to reading rooms to prepare essays, reports, essays, and essays. In this regard, at the initiative of the university administration, this event was organized. Thus, the purpose of the event is to convey to readers the importance of the electronic library in a modern library and what you need to know in order to use such opportunities.

Today, the university library has more than 3,000 readers, about 300,000 books, as well as more than 9,000 electronic publications, including scientific works of teachers. The library fund expands annually, new publications are acquired, all of them are publicly available, the library fund is also replenished thanks to the work of the faculty of the university.

Library Director G. Raeeva said: "Every year new books come to the library, and all new publications are presented to visitors and readers today."
