Professors and teachers took part in the QMS seminar

Today, the teaching staff of the university took part in a seminar to discuss the practical aspects of the new version of the international standard ISO 9001: 2015 on quality management systems.

Banduro Anatoly Vladimirovich, Chief Consultant of the Management System, gave a lecture on a number of issues. Guided by E. Deming's principle "The wealth of the nation is determined by the system of governance", what are the main criteria for action? Why do you work? How do you do it? He noted that
"Requirements of the quality management system" - the basic concepts of the system, the principles of QMS, structure, scope, regulations, leadership, policy, planning, resources, competence, communication, document information, actions and their evaluation, internal audit and its conduct principles, improving the quality management system, etc. The issues were discussed. During the seminar, the teaching staff shared their answers to the questions of Anatoly Vladimirovich through practical experience and assessed the essence of the new requirements.

The results of the experience of the United States, Japan, Germany and China, which are among the developed countries of the world, were also discussed during the seminar. Improving the quality of education at the international level is one of the clear goals of our country. We are confident that this workshop will help the university to move forward in the quality management system.
