Job fair “Young Specialist - 2024”

On April 24, 2024, the Career and Employment Center of the Zhumabek Akhmetuly Tashenev University organized the Job Fair “Young Professional – 2024”, where students and employers had the opportunity to meet face to face. It is clear that such events held at the university have a positive effect on the permanent employment of graduates. During the fair, the graduate-young specialist was able to meet directly and face-to-face with the employer, talk about himself and receive complete information about his desired profession. And the graduates who came to the fair got acquainted with the requirements of the employer university and delved into the intricacies of their profession, focusing on their future lives. At the same time, the institutions offering the job noticed the enthusiasm and knowledge of the young graduate and were able to create a wider dialogue.
More than 25 leading companies and educational institutions and more than 1,000 senior students took part in the fair. These are: Higher Pedagogical College "Shymkent", Municipal State Institution "Center for Labor Mobility", Public Association "Information and Methodological Center "Urkenyet", Academy of National Values", JSC "Legal Consult", General Secondary School No. 68, School "Children's Aesthetics" and so on.
During the meeting, the director of Nur-com-tel LLP, Zhumatayev Nurlybek Srailovich, spoke and presented a report on the topic “Evaluate your direction, evaluate yourself. An educated, intelligent graduate who is able to fully meet modern requirements.” The labor market is always present. He also stressed that he is in great demand. In turn, graduates listened carefully to the employers' presentations and asked questions. They conducted interviews and received answers to all their questions regarding employment. The fair was held with interest.
Now students show how they prepare for real employment and are ready for industrial experience.
The main goal is to influence the employment of our graduates, provide information about job openings and provide information on labor market issues.
The purpose of the Career and Placement Center is to promote and support mutually beneficial working relationships between employers and graduates. Students who visited the fair received information about in-demand professions, vacancies and other useful information.
“Today’s graduate is a future young specialist,” it is clear that the fair was effective and fruitful for both parties!
