Undoubtedly, the new quality of human capital is an urgent problem today. “The people of Kazakhstan, who know their history, language, culture, as well as modern foreign languages, have a progressive and global outlook, should become the ideal of our society,” the message says. If we say that the ideal of youth in any society is important for the future, then the President's Address clearly shows who can be a valuable capital of the state.

The key to the future of the state lies in the quality of citizens who have mastered modern new technologies, and who are also inseparable from the roots, know customs, traditions and history.

Teachers are the ones who prepare human capital, guide the future, and provide our future with perfect knowledge.

In his Address, the President emphasizes the status of a teacher. There is a saying in the Kazakh language: "From tireless learning to teaching a child." Therefore, it is important to have a qualified teacher. We can have a quality generation, educated by a qualified teacher, that is, human capital, which can become the basis for modernization. Therefore, this address obliges us to train competitive specialists in any field.

The president's emphasis on spiritual renewal, spirituality, education and science is the driving force behind the great foresight and rapid progress of the nation. This is work being done for a happy future and a secure future for our independent country.

Ultimately, cultivating spiritual wealth is a very important process for our individual citizens, as well as for each individual's society and for our country.
