There was a song contest

On October 29, 2021 in Abay Gulzary of Zhetysai city, organized by the Center for Language Training and Development of the Department of Culture and Language Development of Zhetysai district, a poetry contest "Youth sings Independence" dedicated to the 30th anniversary of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The event was attended by 3rd year students of the educational program "Training of teachers of the Kazakh language and literature" from the University "Syrdariya". The wonderful songs and poems performed by students in connection with independence and homeland satisfied the audience. When our student Tles Bek read a wonderful poem by Sultanmakhmut Toraigyrov "I am Kazakh", the audience listened. Also, through his work, our student Kaldybek Zhanyl read the poem "Independence" and showed that he respects the independent country and respects our history.
During the event, it was noted that the country's independence did not come easily, especially in connection with the names of honored people. The poetry contest has always encouraged young people not to forget their history, to sanctify it.
At the end of the event, students were awarded with letters of thanks for their active participation in the competition.
