Legal literacy of youth

On November 8 of this year, a training seminar was held with the youth of the region within the framework of the social project "Youth Literacy and Prevention" of the Department of Youth Policy of the South Kazakhstan region.
The purpose of the social project is to increase the legal literacy of young people. Chairman of the Public Union "Union of Rural Youth in Southern Kazakhstan" Baizahova Sabira Muratkyzy, senior lecturer of Department "Criminal Law" in University of South Kazakhstan State University, master of Law Ibraev Zhandos Gabitovich, senior inspector of Juvenile Affairs Police captain Erlan Syrlybaev shared their reports with participants of the training seminar and answered questions from students.
It should be noted that the formation of an active civic position is an important factor in increasing the legal literacy of young people and developing the legal culture of the country.
