In the current development of Kazakhstani society, the professional orientation of schoolchildren has become one of the most pressing issues. Shymkent city Kh. Focusing on forming the professional orientation of the students of Dosmukhamedov State University No.

On the eve of the 25th anniversary of the University named after Zh. Tashenev, from December 4, 2023 to December 8, 2023, with the organization of the Department of Foreign Languages, a “Week of Philologists” was held on the topic “The Kingdom of Languages.” During the event held as part of the week, students of our university actively participated in the competitions of the week.

12/08/2023 December senior teachers of the Department of “Art and Music” of the Faculty of “Primary Education and Art” B.B. Meirbekov and U.Kh. Mazhitov visited school No. 26 named after Zhambyl Zhabayev in Shymkent and carried out explanatory work on career guidance with students in the university’s specialties.

This event was attended by the leaders of this school and students of 11 grades, who received a lot of information about the University named after Zh. A. Tashenev and the educational programs implemented in it.

On 07.12.2023, a professional master class was held at the Faculty of «Primary Еducation and Art». Senior lecturer of the Department of Art and Music, chairman of the Association of the creative industry of Shymkent, Baytelieva Zhanna Eltanovna held a master class on the topic "Creating a brand and its scale" for students of educational programs 6B01403-Training teachers of art work and drawing, 6B02101-Design, 6B02111-Fashion industry.

In order to implement the message “Kazakhstan in a new situation: a period of action” and promote a healthy lifestyle among teachers of higher educational institutions, as well as strengthen friendship and cooperation and exchange of experience, in connection with the “25th anniversary” of our university named after Zhumabek Akhmetuliy Tashenev, Mini Football competitions took place.
Athletes from the OCU named after M. Auezov, OAIU, Miras, Dostyk universities, SHU and Zh. Tashenev of our city took part in the competition.
 

In the framework of "25 years of Tashenev University - 25 events" a round table entitled "A GREAT PERSON WHO PROTECTED THE NATION" was held.
Students of the "History" and "History-Geography" educational programs organized this event, which has great practical value.
In order to answer the questions of what was the dream and ideal of the great person of our nation, Zhumabek Tashenev, whether it was fulfilled, and what needs to be done to fulfill it, the idea "Tashenev's ideal" was filled.
 

Today, the Department of History and Geography organized a round table on the topic “Fundamentals of the formation of the socio-political and legal structure of the independence of Kazakhstan.” The event is dedicated to the 25th anniversary of Tashenev University together with the South Kazakhstan University named after M. Auezov and the Peoples' Friendship University of Kazakhstan named after Academician A. Kuatbekov, within the framework of which 25 events were held.

A creative evening and a presentation of books by Shahodat Isakhanova, a member of the Writers' Union of Uzbekistan, a famous Uzbek poet-writer, Turan folk writer, author of historical novels, were held.
