Week of Philologists

On the eve of the 25th anniversary of the University named after Zh. Tashenev, from December 4, 2023 to December 8, 2023, with the organization of the Department of Foreign Languages, a “Week of Philologists” was held on the topic “The Kingdom of Languages.” During the event held as part of the week, students of our university actively participated in the competitions of the week.
The following events were organized: wall newspaper competition “Kazakhstan - a planet of 100 languages”, wall newspaper competition “Black Words”, expressive poetry reading competition, essay competition, Intellectual Games Fair, In the world of proverbs (In the world of proverbs and sayings), “Proverb competition in different languages. In the evening, Mustafa Demirci, Professor, Doctor of Science, Seljuk University, Konya, Republic of Turkey, visited us and gave a lecture to students on the topic “Language, Thought and Civilization.”
At the closing ceremony of the week, Dean of the Faculty of Philology Mamyt A.A. took the floor and awarded our students with diplomas and letters of gratitude.
