In general, I believe that the legal profession can be considered one of the most universal professions. Here are a few examples to prove our point. Now I will dwell on some important features of this legal profession.
 

Judge. It is obvious that any graduate of the university, of course, does not dream of working as an ordinary lawyer, but of holding prestigious, high-paying positions, thereby gaining a high social status in society. It can be considered normal and normal. Of course, it is good that young people have such ambitions.
For any lawyer, being a judge is a sign of great success and an indicator of an individual's reputation.
A judge is a person who has the right to administer justice.
A judge shall administer justice on a professional basis.
The fate of a person depends on the judge, so the judge must be not only educated, but also able to resolve various conflicts in life fairly and legally.
Who can be a judge? A citizen of Kazakhstan applying for the position of a district court judge must meet the following requirements:
• age - not less than 30 years;
• has a higher legal education, high moral qualities, excellent reputation and at least 5 years of experience in law;
• passed a special qualifying examination for the position of a judge;
• passed a medical examination;
• passed polygraph examination;
• a person who received a positive assessment of the plenary session of the court on the internship in court.
The prosecutor. The Prosecutor's Office is a body that represents the state in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, oversees compliance with the law within the limits and forms established by law, represents the interests of the state in court and carries out criminal prosecution on behalf of the state. And the prosecutor is an official of this prosecutor's office.
The prosecutor has the right to check the direct application of the law in organizations and enterprises, to demand the necessary documents and explanations on the offenses, to protest against illegal acts and actions of officials, to take measures to compensate for damage caused by violations of the law.
 In court, the prosecutor represents the interests of the state and oversees the legality of criminal, civil and other cases. The prosecutor also plays an important role in the pre-trial investigation, being the guarantor of legality and objective investigation.
Supervising the investigation, the prosecutor strictly ensures that no offender escapes punishment and no innocent person is prosecuted.
The prosecutor's competence also includes the authorization of arrests, searches and other highly responsible investigative actions.
The prosecutor shall receive citizens on their personal applications and complaints.
To carry out this complex and responsible work, the state has given the prosecutor the appropriate authority.
To become a prosecutor, you must first have a degree in law and be fit for public office due to your health.
Prosecutors must have the following moral, human and business qualities:
• politeness and honesty;
• persistence;
• ability to think analytically;
• emotional and mental restraint;
• mental, good memory;
• deep knowledge in the field of jurisprudence;
• Must be perfectly literate, able to speak well.

Lawyer. A lawyer is a specialist who provides a high level of professional legal assistance to individuals and legal entities. Lawyer is one of the most prestigious and popular professions. The direct responsibilities of a lawyer include: protection of the rights and legitimate interests of individuals and legal entities in court.
The profession of a lawyer is a complex and constantly changing profession that requires knowledge of the basics of law and constant self-improvement. For example, if a lawyer successfully defends several complex, important cases in court, he or she will usually have the opportunity to become a well-known and popular lawyer.
Who can be a lawyer?
• have higher legal education;
• passed the qualifying exam;
• Internship in the Bar;
• obtained a license to practice law;
• member of the collegium of advocates;
• A citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan may be a lawyer.
Notary. A notary is a lawyer who is authorized by the state to draw up and certify documents.
A notary is a qualified lawyer who can work in government offices or even engage in private practice.
Notaries are engaged in the acceptance and execution of inheritance, certifying various legal documents - a will, power of attorney, contract of sale, gift.
Notaries also have the right to certify the authenticity of a person's signature, to certify copies of documents or their extracts, to certify the accuracy of translations from other languages or other languages, to accept cash and securities for safekeeping.
To become a notary, it is important to have the following personal qualities:
• extreme accuracy;
• be able to pay attention to the smallest details;
• responsibility;
• prevention and settlement of disputes;
• good memory;
• honesty and perseverance;
• be able to work with electronic databases, including the database of regulations.
Legal Adviser. Any institution, enterprise and other commercial structures, regardless of their different areas of activity, need a specialist in legal work. And the legal adviser is such a specialist. The legal adviser concludes contracts and other documents, monitors compliance with the law, takes action to avoid the consequences of all possible risks that may lead the company to litigation.
