R.S. Tukenova, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Humanities, exchanged experience with colleagues and enhanced her professional qualifications.

 

The Department of World History, Historiography and Source Studies of the university is one of the leading scientific and educational centers in the country for training specialists in the fields of world history, archival science, and library science. The department offers educational programs at the bachelor's, master's, and doctoral levels:

A leading specialist of the “Library and Information Systems” program, Candidate of Historical Sciences, Associate Professor Kalima Toleubayevna Tuenbayeva delivered an informative lecture on the topic “The Role of the Librarian in the New Information and Educational Environment.” During the lecture, special attention was paid to digital resources in modern library practice, electronic databases, and contemporary educational processes.
