Career and Employment Center

The center's goal is to provide career development and workplace adaptation counseling to graduates. Helping graduates successfully build their professional careers, expand their competencies to maximize employment opportunities and competitiveness.

The main objectives of graduate employment are:

• establishing interaction with educational organizations, enterprises, and institutions in the field of university graduate employment
• meeting the university's needs in creating a personnel reserve (including from the university's graduate contingent) for subsequent employment at the university
• ensuring high-quality implementation of services for university graduate employment based on the use of modern approaches, technologies, and innovative methods of organization in the human resources management system
• ensuring the implementation of a set of measures at the university's Career and Employment Center based on the preparation directions and recommendations of the university's faculty deans and graduate departments
