Department of Non-Formal Education

About the Department:
The main goals of the Department are to create conditions for the implementation of educational programs, meet various needs for professional development, acquisition of new knowledge and technologies, and provide opportunities for young people, adults, and retirees to develop their personal and professional competencies.

Main Tasks:

• providing educational services to meet the cognitive needs of learners and citizens;
• implementing additional and postgraduate educational programs;
• ensuring professional development aimed at expanding and deepening previously acquired professional knowledge and skills;
• forming convenient, flexible, and personalized educational trajectories;
• non-formal education, according to Article 37 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Education”, is carried out regardless of the place, terms, and form of study and results in a certificate confirming learning outcomes;
• the document confirming learning outcomes is a course completion certificate.
