Department of Planning and Organization of the Educational Process

1. Coordination of the teaching workload and the staffing schedule of academic departments in collaboration with the Financial Department.
2. Planning and organization of the educational process, including coordination of work on developing the academic process schedule for all modes of study and preparing class timetables.
3. Organization of work related to the development of curricula and academic process schedules.
4. Accounting for and allocation of classroom facilities to ensure their efficient use for academic purposes.
5. Management of the planning process and supervision of the fulfillment of teaching workload by the academic staff.
6. Monitoring the pedagogical workload of the university’s academic departments and organizing the implementation of educational programs.
7. Development of the annual plan for organizing and supervising the educational process at the university.
8. Development of an action plan for preparing the university for the new academic year.
9. Development of regulatory and methodological documents related to planning and organizing the educational process at faculties and departments.
10. Development of proposals for improving the educational process and enhancing the quality of its planning and organization.
11. Coordination of the academic activities of departments, faculties, and other educational units of the university.
12. Organization of planning activities within the university’s structural units (work plans of faculties, departments, and individual plans of academic staff).
13. Coordination of planning and organization of professional practice for students at all levels of education, development of procedural documents for practice, support in concluding cooperation agreements, and supervision of all types of internships.
14. Organization of activities of faculties and departments in designing educational programs at the University; submission of educational programs to the registry of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The main areas of work of the department include the organization of activities of faculties and departments related to the design of educational programs at the University; the registration of educational programs in the Registry of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan; the coordination of work on preparing documentation for new educational programs in accordance with the qualification requirements for licensing educational activities; the planning and organization of students’ professional practice, the development of procedural documents for practice, and support in establishing cooperation agreements
