The Department of Educational Process Planning and Organization is a structural unit of Zh.A. Tashenev University. The main goal of the department is to organize, coordinate and control the prospective and current planning of the educational process, manage, control and improve the educational process, and conduct educational and methodological work in accordance with the university's development strategy.

  1. Coordination of teaching load and staffing schedule of department faculty in collaboration with the Finance Department
  2. Planning and organization of the educational process, academic calendar, and class schedules
  3. Development of curriculum and academic process schedules
  4. Management and allocation of classroom resources
  5. Monitoring of faculty teaching load fulfillment
  6. Monitoring of departmental faculty pedagogical workload implementation
  7. Development of educational process organization and control plan
  8. Action plan for preparation for the new academic year
  9. Development of regulatory and methodological documents
  10. Proposals for improving the educational process
  11. Coordination of departments and faculties work
  12. Planning of educational process at faculties and departments

The main areas of work of the department include organizing the design and registration of educational programs, coordinating academic committees, automating processes in the AIS Platonus system, supporting students' professional practice, and planning and organizing faculty professional development.
