On March 12, 2026, the Pushkin City Universal Library hosted a practical literary evening, "Educator of the Kazakh People," to commemorate the 185th anniversary of Ibrai Altynsarin's birth. Students from the PIK 25-5k1 study group at the Department of Preschool and Primary Education at Taschen University participated in the evening. The literary evening had a profound spiritual and educational impact on our students. During the evening, our students learned about Altynsarin's life, his educational work, and his efforts to open a school for Kazakh children. Activities such as poetry readings, performances, and analysis of works developed our students' creative abilities and heightened their interest in literature.

We believe that a literary evening dedicated to Ibrai Altynsarin's anniversary fosters spiritual development, respect for national culture, and instills creative activity in our students. Their introduction to the Pushkin Library expands their knowledge and increases their interest in literature and science.
