On February 12, 2024, at 12:30 p.m., in room 101A, M. Sc., senior lecturer Azizbekova A. S. in the discipline "Sociology and Political Science" on the topic "deviant behavior and social control" EP-23-7k, EP-23-10k, EP-23-11k, EP- Held an open lesson in the format lectures for groups 23-13k.

The purpose of the open lesson was a scientific explanation of the nature and types of deviant behavior, the causes of its occurrence, the mechanisms of social control in society and the formation of students' skills in analyzing social phenomena.

During the lesson, the concept of deviation, social norms and values, basic theories of deviant behavior, as well as formal and informal forms of social control were considered. The analysis of the mechanisms of legal, moral and institutional control in society is carried out.

Interactive methods, analysis of specific social situations, elements of questions and answers and discussions were used during the lecture. The students expressed their views on the topic and critically assessed deviant phenomena in modern society.

The open lesson is organized at a high methodological level and has become a meaningful academic platform aimed at developing social thinking and improving the professional competence of students.
