On the Organization of Health and Rehabilitation Activities

In order to ensure social protection and promote the health of the academic staff, the trade union committee organizes health and rehabilitation activities during the summer period.

Within the framework of this program, academic staff members are provided with vouchers to sanatorium facilities in Сарыағаш (Republic of Kazakhstan) and to health resorts located on the shore of Ыстық көл (Kyrgyz Republic).

With the support of the trade union, 50% of the voucher cost is subsidized. This initiative aims to improve employees’ health, increase work productivity, and strengthen social support.
