Open lesson

On November 21, 2025, at 14:30, in lecture hall No. 410, a master’s degree holder and senior lecturer of the Department of Economics and Management conducted an open lecture on the subject “Microeconomics and Macroeconomics” on the topic “The Money Market.”

The lecture was attended by Candidate of Economic Sciences, senior lecturers of the Department of Economics and Management — A.A. Demessinova, G.A. Imanova, S.M. Turalina — as well as other members of the faculty and a senior lecturer of the Department of International Business and IT Management, D.M. Zhantasova.

During the introduction of the topic, students answered questions based on a video presentation.
Throughout the lecture, the essence, structure, and main instruments of the money market were explained, along with the mechanism of money supply and demand. The role of the money market in the economy of Kazakhstan was clearly demonstrated.

During the lecture, a PowerPoint presentation, diagrams illustrating the structure of the money market, and a graph of the interest rate of the National Bank of Kazakhstan were used.
Interaction and feedback between the lecturer and students were evident through questions and answers, as well as discussions during the lecture.
